Shipping Policy & Delivery Times

For physical products, we use trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Audio & Educational Content Usage Policy

By purchasing digital audio files (WAV format), educational courses, or tablature (tabs) from Michael Kobrin, you agree to the following terms:

* These products are for personal use only.
* Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized uploading to streaming services, third-party platforms, or educational sites is strictly prohibited.
* Course materials, video lessons, and tabs may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
* Any violation of this policy may result in legal action and removal of unauthorized uploads.

Sponsorship & Contribution Terms

By purchasing a sponsorship tier ($1,000–$10,000) on Michael Kobrin’s platform, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Recognition & Perks
    • Each tier includes the perks listed at checkout.
    • Logos must be submitted in high quality for proper display.
    • Social media shoutouts will be scheduled at Michael Kobrin’s discretion.
  2. Eligibility & Approval
    • All contributions are manually reviewed before approval.
    • You confirm that your name/company is not affiliated with any political, religious, or controversial organization.
    • Michael Kobrin reserves the right to reject contributions at his sole discretion.
  3. Refunds & Cancellations
    • If your submission is rejected, you will receive a full refund.
    • Refunds are not available once your contribution has been approved and your perks have been fulfilled.
  4. Usage Rights
    • By contributing, you grant Michael Kobrin permission to display your name/logo as part of the sponsorship program.
    • Contributions do not grant decision-making rights over Michael Kobrin’s brand, content, or creative direction.

Community Guidelines

By joining one of our communities (free or paid), you agree to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal, depending on the severity of the violation.

1. Respect & Professionalism

  • Treat all members with kindness and respect. No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks.
  • Constructive feedback is welcome, but negativity, trolling, or toxicity will not be tolerated.

2. No Spam or Self-Promotion

  • Sharing valuable resources is encouraged, but excessive self-promotion, spamming, or solicitation is prohibited.
  • Unauthorized promotion of personal courses, products, or services is not allowed.

3. Protect Course Materials & Confidentiality

  • Course content and community discussions may not be shared, copied, or distributed outside the group.
  • Respect the privacy of other members—no sharing personal messages or private discussions without consent.

4. No Disruptive Behavior

  • Any form of bullying, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal.
  • In the paid community, such violations will not qualify for a refund.

5. Free vs. Paid Community Access

  • Free Community: Open to all, but still moderated. Breaking the rules may lead to removal.
  • Paid Community: Exclusive access for paying members. Higher expectations for engagement and professionalism. Any removal due to violations will not result in a refund.

6. Compliance with Platform Rules

  • Follow all platform-specific guidelines where the community is hosted.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these rules. Our team reserves the right to remove members at any time for serious violations.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Michael Kobrin, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below for details regarding order cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Order Cancellation

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items):

  • Print-on-Demand items are produced especially for you.

  • You may cancel your order within 12–24 hours of purchase if it has not yet entered production.

  • Once production has started or the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Digital Products (music, courses, tablature, etc.):

  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated on the product’s landing page.

  • Delivery is immediate to the email you provided after payment. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder if you do not see it.

Courses (Digital/Zoom):

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course begins, please contact us immediately at info.michaelkobrin@gmail.com.

  • Premium Zoom Programs (with personal sessions): Enrollment is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of start date.

  • Pre-recorded Digital Courses (no live sessions): These are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise specified on the course landing page.

  • For other courses, cancellations after the course has started may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

  • If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Refunds for digital products are not provided unless otherwise specified on the landing page.

Sponsorship Contributions:

  • If your sponsorship submission is rejected, you will receive a full refund.

  • Approved sponsorships are non-refundable once perks have been fulfilled.

3. Exchanges

Physical Products:

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are subject to product availability.

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

Courses (Digital/Zoom):

  • Exchanges (such as switching to a different session) may be possible on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation, refund, or exchange, please contact us at info@michaelkobrin.com with your order details.
Upon receiving your request, we will review your order status and notify you of your eligibility.

5. Special Circumstances

  • If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please reach out for support.

  • If you have scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

  • Special cancellation terms may apply to promotional or limited-time offers. Please check the product page for details.

  • Private Lessons:
    If you purchase a private lesson through our website, you must schedule your session within 14 days of purchase using our calendar link.
    Failure to book a time within this period will result in the lesson credit being forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided, unless otherwise approved in writing by Michael Kobrin.
    Once a lesson is booked, you may reschedule or change the time up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
    Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend the session will be treated as a completed lesson with no refund or reschedule.
