Shipping Policy

Digital Products

– Digital products (courses, audio files, etc.) are delivered instantly by email after purchase.
– Sometimes emails can end up in Spam or the Promotions folder—please check there.
– Didn’t receive your files? Email us at info@michaelkobrin.com and we’ll fix it right away.

Print-on-Demand Merchandise (via Printify)

– All merch items (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) are produced and shipped through Printify.
Order processing time: usually 5–7 business days, depending on production schedules.
Shipping time:

  • Within the US: typically 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: can take 10–21 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
– Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Delays

– For international orders, any applicable customs fees or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
– Please expect occasional delays due to holidays, customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Lost or Damaged Items

– If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, let me know at info@michaelkobrin.com.
– I’ll work with Printify to resolve the issue—either by reshipping or refunding the affected item.

Refunds & Cancellations

Digital products: non-refundable once delivered, unless otherwise stated on the product’s landing page.
Print-on-Demand items: eligible for a refund or replacement only if damaged or wrong item is received.
– Want to cancel? Contact within 24 hours of purchase and I’ll request cancellation with Printify. Beyond that, production may already be in progress.
